Peach Orchard 2026

Anyone following this knows -- or I would hope they know -- that on July 2, 1863, the 3rd Michigan Infantry along with the 3rd Maine and 2nd New Hampshire were caught in a furious engagement with confederate troops in what was part of a farmer's peach orchard at Gettysburg, PA. And that's what it 's called today: the Peach Orchard.
